Anticipate what you need to do next
Create simple sentences to describe your daily activities

Using Korean over and over again
You can do the same thing
During quiet moments of your day
It would encourage you to be calm when you think in English
Normally
You immediately feel a little nervous
Your palms starting sweating
Nervousness
But now we are switching that emotion
When you are calm
Think about your day
Describe that person
A feeling of calmness
Words and expressions
Manage your emotions
Staying calm
Connected
Avoid using translation apps too much
I didn’t say altogether

Relying on them too much can hinder your ability to think in English
Challenge yourself
Alternative ways to express your thoughts in English
